Site Unavailable? MDB
Virtual Mall is constantly adding new categories and sites to
the Mall. As we improve and continue to grow, new categories
will at times have sites that are still unavailable. This is
only temporary. In
order to make sure sites are working properly, they must be
published. Naturally, interconnecting links must be created in
order to insure our customers can find the products they are
looking for. Category links on the new sites, will at times go
to a site that is being updated or created. While this does not
happen often, it does occur.
If this does happen while you are
shopping, we do apologize for the inconvenience.

1. Site Search Engine Is Not
Working-Says no results found.
If the search engine is not working
properly and displays generic results or says no results found, then
our web hosting server is
experiencing difficulties. Try using the main category list to get to
the sites and products you wish to shop for.
2. How do I find what I'm looking
for if the search doesn't work?
If you still have difficulty locating a specific product after
you use the category site links,

. We will be happy to locate what you are looking for. Customer
assistance is available from 6am - 4pm Monday-Friday.
For inquiries after office hours,
our results will be mailed to you on the following business day.
Please make sure your email address is correct so that we may send you the
search results.
NOTE:
We do not collect email addresses from customers who request
assistance. Once we have replied to your email, your address will be
deleted.
